BAYERN LOANS FRANS KRÄTZIG TO HEIDENHEIM
Bayern Munich has officially loaned Frans Krätzig to Heidenheim. The 21-year-old player will stay with the team for the rest of the season and will join his Bayern teammate, Paul Wanner.
Krätzig is mainly a left-back but can also play as a right-back, in midfield, or as a winger. This flexibility will help Heidenheim fill some gaps in their team, and he will compete for a starting position against Jonas Föhrenbach.
Heidenheim’s CEO, Holger Sanwald, praised Krätzig’s great potential and is hopeful about what he will bring to the team.
Krätzig thanked everyone involved in the loan and said he is ready to prove himself in the Bundesliga, saying, “After spending months on the bench, I’m ready to fight for my place at 1. FC Heidenheim.”
His move comes after Heidenheim also signed Baku Zivzivadze, which will help strengthen their team as they try to do better in the Bundesliga.
