Ademola Lookman Wins CAF player of the year Award
Nigerian footballer Ademola Lookman has been named the 2024 African Player of the Year at the CAF Awards in Marrakech, Morocco. Lookman, who plays for Atalanta in Serie A, had an amazing year, filled with goals, assist and many great moments.

Lookman played a key role in Atalanta’s success in Serie A and had impressive performances in the UEFA Europa League, netting a hat trick in the final to deny Leverkusen and give his side the prestigious trophy, boosting his status as one of Africa’s top players. He also helped Nigeria qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
